How Does The PureLift Plus Non-Surgical Face and Neck Lift Treatment Work?
The PureLift Plus is the most advanced non-invasive, non-surgical skin tightening and lifting treatment available to provide amazing face and neck lift results.
PureLift Plus uses a controlled combination of Radio Frequency and Light Therapy to precisely target and heat the collagen fibres within the treatment area. This ensures direct delivery of the RF energy to the treated area to achieve optimal skin tightening, conditions and toning results.
Unlike older RF-only technologies, such as Accent and Thermage, which are unable to accurately target the treatment area. The PureLift Plus Non-Surgical Face and Neck lift are the ultimate skin tightening treatments causing the following effects :-
Skin Tightening
- Existing collagen tissues shrink, providing an immediate tightening and plumping effect.
- Old, fibrous collagen is denatured and broken down by the body.
- Fibroblasts (the cells that create new collagen) are stimulated to create new, fresh, supple collagen.
Smoothing and Lifting
- As the collagen contracts and is restructured, the dermal tissues are lifted and plumped, achieving a more supple, youthful appearance.
- Radio frequency with electronic impedance matching continuously monitors the impedance within the dermal tissues and adjusts the energy output to ensure optimal therapeutic effect, whilst also maintaining complete safety.

The Theory – Radio Frequency
What is Radio Frequency Skin Tightening? – Radio frequency (abbreviated RF, rf, orr.f.) is a term that refers to alternating current (AC) having characteristics such that, if the current is input to an antenna, an electromagnetic (EM) field is generated. RF skin tightening uses High Frequency RF waves of energy to selectively heat the sub-dermal connective tissues (collagen protein fibres).
How Does RF Skin Tightening Work? – This technology works by heating up the skin, the dermis in particular, to approximately 42 degrees, using a treatment head with three or more “poles” emitting RF waves. This targets the area immediately beneath the treatment head to a consistent depth of up to 8 mm, triggering three specific reactions:-
- Existing collagen tissues shrink, providing an immediate tightening and plumping effect.
- Old, fibrous collagen is denatured and broken down by the body.
- Fibroblasts (the cells that create new collagen) are stimulated to create new, fresh, supple collagen.
The laying down of fresh, new collagen fibres results in skin remodelling, taking place over 3-6 months and lasting up to two years, although “top up” treatments every 6-9 months can prolong this effect.
NOTE :- Some people only have issues with skin laxity, e.g. the face or on the abdomen after childbirth or weight loss, and not always with fatty tissue excess.
Loose skin due to weight loss or ageing of the supporting tissues appears wrinkled and lifeless. Old, fibrous and dis-organised collagen fibres are unable to support the surface tissues. Our treatment is broke down below:
- A cooling gel is applied to the treatment area, then the Multi-polar Radio Frequency (RF) treatment commences. The Multi-Polar RF technology generates heat in the subcutaneous layer, causing the existing active collagen to contract, delivering immediately tighter feeling skin.
- The RF treatment also selectively denatures (breaks down) the old, inflexible collagen and stimulates the re-growth of fresh, healthy and flexible collagen fibres. With successive treatments, this cumulative effect will deliver long lasting results!
